Application

Substrate Preparation

  • Ensure tiles and joints are free from dust, debris, and residues.
  • Confirm that the substrate is completely dry before proceeding.

Mixing the Epoxy Grout

  • Combine the resin and hardener in the specified ratio as per the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Mix until a uniform, smooth paste forms.

Application

  • Use a rubber grout float to apply the grout diagonally across the tiles, pressing it firmly into the joints.
  • Ensure all gaps are fully filled to prevent voids.

Cleaning Excess Grout

  • After the grout sets slightly, use a damp sponge to remove excess from tile surfaces.
  • Once the grout has cured, perform a final cleaning to remove any remaining residue.

Curing

  • Allow the grout to cure as per the manufacturer's guidelines before using the tiled area.
